This is NO Aprils Fools. With key district seedings at stake the Buccaneers rallied with 2 runs in the bottom of the seventh to beat the Knights from River Ridge, 3-2. Nikki Sedivy drove in Rachel Gardner and Tarra Rice with a blistering double down the leftfield line. Madison Morlan went the distance keeping the Knights to 5 hits. The victory secures the #2 seed during the District tournament beginning April 14th at River Ridge. The ladies now turn their attention to the Doc4Life tournament in Ocala on April 4th and 5th. The next home stand begins next Tuesday. LandOLakes, WireGrass Ranch and Zephyrhills come to Rudy Snyder field. On Friday April 11th will be Senior Night with the traditional post game video on the field. Be sure to catch the best team on the west side next week.
