This is NOT a nonscale victory! I managed to transfer from the wheelchair to the walker UNDER MY OWN POWER! I did need balance assist and am still not allowed to try to solo transfer for safety reasons due to the left side paralysis, but I did it! Next victory, also not of the nonscale type, but still major.... I transfer to assisted living Tuesday from skilled care. Ill be in that f9r a long time, depending on whether I make any more recovery, but assisted may be my peak. We shall see. Its still far better than skilled care rehab, though.
