This 1700 sq ft condo boasts a big kitchen w/ 2 ovens, dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, fireplace, 2 car garage, heat/AC, and a top of the line security system. Im looking for a rad girl to rent out 1 of the 2 available bedrooms, and share a bathroom. There is lots of street parking available and it is a safe street. We split the utilities 3 ways (non negotiable), which include TW cable/internet, DWP, Gas, etc. The house is furnished, but the unoccupied rooms are not. NO PETS, however I have a cat, so please be cat friendly. No overnight guests during the week, however, weekends are ok. Im not looking for a partier as I work 2 jobs, but I do love to cook, drink wine, and have some of my friends over. Please feel free to as well.
