This is NOT my visual norm. I expected to see guns drawn, swat presents and a coroners vehicle. In this case as is so many others where a crime with a GUN is being committed by a person of non color, (example) JAMES HOLMES (Aurora CO theater massacre) the perpetrator of the crime is talked to and treated with dignity then allowed to live, offered Intervention (HELP) with the problem he/she struggles with then lives happily ever after with his family. NOT SO IN ANY COMMUNITY ANYWHERE IN AMERICA WHEN THE PERPETRATOR IS OF COLOR...ANY COLOR BUT WHITE.
