This is San Francisco California. This guy has lost a lot of blood already This looks NO different from U.S. military in Iraq. The police are out of control. They are arrogant judge-jury-executioner with no penalty. The ego of most police TODAY is not that they are officers to protect the public who use reason to do their duty, but that they are superior to the people and that the people must not only obey them but also that the people must fear the police because the police have the authority to carry guns and to arrest mere people and now to SHOOT UNARMED PEOPLE TO APPREHEND THEM ! Police are no longer citizens, they have been promoted above the rank of citizens ! ! ! ! Thank you for sharing this Adriana. I will never again trust police anywhere ever again after what happened to me in Iowa City last July .. and now these recent incidents across our nation ! ! !
