This is Snow... He was living on the streets of Helena with a pack of dogs that I was feeding. He stayed real close to them. He was deaf and heart worm positive. Meals on Wheels for Helena-West Helena Dogs rescued him back in December of 2013 off the streets in Helena during freezing cold weather. The first three pictures are with his street pack... I realized after rescuing him that because he was deaf and heart worm positive, he would be a tough dogs to place. But we found a great foster in NW Arkansas named Gail Tolleson. She is an angel. She nursed him through his heart worm treatments and now he is heart work negative and healthy. The best news... He has a forever home. A family with a child who has deafness adopted him. Snow is now in Colorado. Where he belongs. Such an incredible happy ending for Snow... Just think if all dogs were given this chance... Make a difference today. Adopt. Foster. Volunteer. Network.
