This is Steve Lucchino, owner/operator of Max Muscle Metro (Omaha/Papillion). I was part of the number one Max Muscle in the country for almost 8 years. Some questions that I get pertaining to why I left my position there. Why Max Muscle? Why didnt you just open your own store in Lincoln? Its simple, I trust Max Muscle product above all. I took over stores that had failed under three different owners. I knew that if combined knowledge, customer service and the quality of Max Muscle product, the stores would succeed. For those of you out there who have heard rumors of proteins not meeting label claim. Ask your self this... Does the company producing your protein do all of this? First, all products are made in the USA, no importation. In addition, all MMSN products are meticulously manufactured with testing of all raw materials and oversight of product mixing using only manufacturers who hold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certifications. Then there is a final inspection of all finished products. Max Muscle’s Quality Control Department has implemented comprehensive and thorough process specifications and controls. The first quality control step is to obtain material ingredient Certificate of Analysis (COA) on each raw material ordered. Raw materials are tested using current test methods for active ingredients and the presence of contaminants. The second quality control step is to obtain Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). These documents are kept on file for a minimum of 4 years. Special Max Muscle requirements have to be met before new suppliers are approved. We ensure that ingredients we use are the highest quality and microbiologically and chemically safe for our demanding customers. For certain ingredients this can be a long-term process before the final approval for use in our products. We also have established long-term relationships with leading ingredient suppliers in the industry. Quality Assurance and Production teamwork programs, procedures and training are a part of Max Muscle’s dedication to achieving uniformity in quality for every lot of finished product produced. The Quality Control Department has the ability to track each individual ingredient used in any lot of finished product produced. All finished products produced are tested for microbials and label claim. These testing documents are also kept on file for a minimum of 4 years. Testing is a critical part of Max Muscle’s quality process and no products leave our facility before they have passed all screening steps. NOT ALL PROTEIN IS CREATED EQUAL. NOT ALL SUPPLEMENT COMPANIES ARE CREATED EQUAL. We are not claiming to be the only company that does this, but, does yours?
