This is Tess Dixon, and she is the Mayor of Terra Alta. She has condemned a trailer park and those folks have got to move. This little park has been there 30+ years and the reason for it being condemned is because it looks bad for the town. Not only did she put these people basically on the street, but put a landlord out of business!
