I cant tell you how many times that phrase goes through my head every day. When the answer is presented to some people...they want alternatives because the truth is...THIS is more than what they are willing to do. Its hard for me to bring my lunch to work because the crew always goes out for pizza on Friday. Can I add just a little margarine to my oatmeal? What if I only use a little sugar and only drink 2 or 3 diet sodas per day? THIS is THIS. You can do whatever you want. Youre a grown up. But if you want the results you said you want, then the answer is No...you may not drink 2 or 3 diet sodas per day. THIS is THIS. It aint something else. If THIS were easy... everyone would do it. And remember...you didnt get in your current condition in 2 weeks so dont text me 2 weeks into it and say Its not working. This has been your Tough Love Sunday moment.
