This is a 10 second tease of some of the stuff we will be working on. In our power mobility sessions. . muscles should be tense WHEN THEY NEED TO BE. NOT CONSTANTLY. this is a major misconception in the training. world. . When I was competing in bodybuilding I never worried anyone until I posed. Why? Because my tissue changed drastically, . how? Because it was able to, due to all the sift tissue manipulation I did that no one else did. Mind you this waS 2006to 2009, now 2014. Im doing my best to help Derek Wade crush some records by taking some of the emergency brakes off his muscle. Just wait weve only just begun. Haters, And disbelievers ... Start your engines.
