This is a 33y/o runner. She has been suffering from bilateral Archilis Tendonitis for more than a year. Seen many doctors, then came to me. I send her to an Ortho surgeon, did MRI and shown inflammatory changes both tendons. Surgeon also prescribed her conventional treatment, physio and analgesic etc. after 3 mths, still no improvement. I suggested to her to go for PRP. She is my first PRP patient. I injected her with 8ml PRP at 7pm ( so at night not working,she can rest and not walk around) on her right tendon. Next morning after 12 hrs, she send a msg to me that her right tendon is totally painless. Remain so till today. Amazing. She is waiting to do her left tendon now.
