This is a Fitness and/or Nutrition Post: If you think drinking a bunch of shakes is going to help you cleanse your body of toxins, you may want to rethink things. Your body has kidneys and a liver specifically designed for just that process (granted, the liver does a few other things, as well). The ONLY thing that will make a substantial impact is water. If you arent giving your body enough water and not getting enough sleep, your body does have trouble dumping waste. While green shakes can still be a healthy way to gain some added nutrients, they have no/little impact on your body getting rid of necessary waste disposal. Drink water, sleep regularly. Thats it!
