This is a Letter, I wrote to Senator Warren, but it needs us as a Community to put it into action.. Honorable Senator Warren, You may have read that Massachusetts has a complicated communications barrier where those of foreign extraction or ancestry will not accept the american english language. This is a racial prejudice and discriminatory action on their part, both in business and street courtesy. I believe that every resident (Man, Woman, and Child) who is an american, should read, write, speak and understand the american english language. Diversity is one thing in culture and heritage, but we as a commonwealth, community and nation, we must be a United States of America, as our forebears fought and died for the rights we share and preserve. Therefore, as a prerequisite for residency, and business. American English should be understood and spoken. Perhaps as a temporary assistance through Welfare, Educational Classes would be mandatory, and those who refuse to participate would be remanded to Immigration for the Ultimatum of deportation or education choosing the United States as their Nation. Life is one of sacrifice, and former nationalities and their allegiences should be privately left at the door of the border. Miscommunication has resulted in death in our community, ethnic music often reaches a noise pollution level riding through our streets often ignored by the police who more concerned with other crimes*. We need a solution to this issue, or consequences will lead to civil disobedience that the courts and morgues will be overloaded with individuals taken by this problem. Let us work together, as this is a citizen who is concerned, accept this wisdom, as I am available in your service. C.C. Yanakakis 781.588.6054
