This is a VERY tragic event that occurred. Furthermore, our hearts go out to the family, friends, & community for this horrific loss. However, in regards to this incident, am I the only 1 that this question ? "Reportedly, Arlington FD is investigating this incident to determine if the lady experienced some sort of medical problem at the time of the fall." What does her having a medical issue have to do with her falling out of the car ??? Sounds to me like either the car restraint device(s) failed...or...the attendant did not ensure that the lady was completely restrained prior to starting the ride. Just saying.
