This is a big problem for me, since Ive been in poor health for a while and I also have Anxiety Disorder its easy for worry over one to spiral out of control. Sometimes gastrointestinal distress can bring chest pains too. Some people like me dont get full out attacks, rather we spend the whole day at a level 9 out of 10, hot flashes, cold sweats, shakiness, and its not easy to tell what is anxiety and what could be a cardio issue. Some time in the last year, I believe, I went to the nearest med clinic one morning with bad chest tightness and a pinching pain in my tricep, which Ive gotten for years every once in a while. Since I came in like that they hooked me up to the machine and after laying there for a while the pain passed and they told me it wasnt heart related but they increased my blood pressure meds. Its a terrible fear to have.
