This is a candidate with wide range of experience. He has served the NDC party honorably in many portfolios at varied times in his political development. He has been the the Organiser of the Tertiary Education Institutional Network (TEIN) of NDC in Accra Polytechnic between 1996 and 1997. Upon graduation, he became the Branch Secretary in one of the polling stations in Jisonayili from 1998 ton2004 where he served the party diligently and responsibly. Being living witnesses to his selfless service to both party and individual members, he was recommended for more bigger positions within the party where his rare leadership prowess was much needed. He was subsequently made a co-opted member of the Executive Committee of the Tamale North Constituency from 2005 to 2009. Though a co-opted member, he was given bigger roles to play considering his remarkable experience and knowledge of the great umbrella party. He was made Election Security Coordinator for the entire Tamale North Constituency during the 2008 general elections. His excellent delivery in the portfolios above endeared him to renowned party supporters and the general public. Many bigwigs subsequently advised him to join the Regional Party Executives which he heeded to. Being that humble, he decided to go for the office of Deputy Propaganda Secretary. He had an overwhelming endorsement from delegates which ushered him into office from 2009 till date. Within the Regional Communication Team, his multi-lingual prowess has made him a very great asset to the team. He speaks fluently a considerable number of local languages including Gonja and Mampruli and has consistently been selling the enviable achievements of our great party in these languages including English language. He has been lucky enough to work with more experienced hands including Alhaji Sumani Zolkugli (RIP), Chief Sorfo Azorka, Alhaji Mohammed Amin Adam a.k.a Abio, Lawyer Rauf and many others.
