This is a compendium of short essays by some of the most prominent thinkers of today (2009), all of whom were asked the question What will change everything?. This book took me a full year to read. I had to put it down at every other page because it kept making my brain explode. It reinforced my interests in physics (mostly the quantum kind), cosmology, emergence, complexity, biology, and mathematics. Mostly it reminded me of how much we have learned, how much we have yet to learn, and how very lucky we are. I am in awe and I am thankful.
