This is a concise history of the Malaysian Armed Forces High Command disastrous failure from 1963 to 2013.When Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman announced in 1963 that a Special Commission was set up to review the pay and status of the entire public service of the newly formed Federation of Malaysia,Mr Lee Kuan Yew said nothing about it.Lee Kuan Yew missed the great devil in the detail or did he deliberately miss the crucial unconstitutional fact that the Malaysian Armed Forces which also included the Singapore Armed Forces at that time was excluded from this Special Commission with an evil purpose for its status destruction.This was the beginning of the silent Civil-Military Relations conflict 1963-2013. MAF was excluded without safeguards and was illegal,unconstitutional and treasonous under article 8(1) and 132 of the Federal Constitution.Both Lee and Tunku together with Tun Suffian later the Chief Justice were graduates in law from the University of Cambridge and yet they missed the devil in the detail.This very act of exclusion was the genesis of this silent Civil-Military Relations conflict and Tunku, Lee and Suffian were equally liable for their abdication of high constitutional duty.This was in September/October 1963 till Dec 1966 when SAF left MAF for good after both nations separated on 9th August 1965. MAF was then reviewed by a Working Party, an inferior colonial creature that was deliberately used to deceive the MAF.Special Commission was set up under the Commission of Inquiry Ordinance 1950 whereas Working Party was set up by the Federal Cabinet under PM Tunku which was very far superior to the status of Working Party.KTM was also excluded with the specific purpose of using it as a red herring to distract their evil objective of destroying MAF.The two men behind this evil design were Tun Razak the DPM/Defence Minister and Kadir Shamsuddin the KSU of Mindef. Both were lawyers trained in England.I followed their footsteps to England reading law in April 1982 to decipher their evil wrongdoings.It took me three decades residing and expatriating in London,Paris,Berlin,Leiden and Istanbul to carry out this basic,forensic and academic research of this highest level evil wrongdoing.I heeded the Malay saying kalau kail panjang sejengkal usah diduga lautan yang dalam and biar putih tulang jangan putih mata. From my research,not a single armed forces in the entire world has been deceived,cheated and fooled for 50 years 1963-2013 in the last 200 years except for Malaysian Armed Forces.Something is very wrong with our training system to have produced an officer corps of collective subservient mindset to the extent of allowing ourselves to be cheated for half a century. No prime ministers in other countries have stabbed their armed forces from the back for the past 50 years except Malaysia, not even the top leaders of the evil regime of the Zionist Jewish state of Israel since 1948 dared to do. One Prime Minister committed the policy fraud between 1963 to 1975 and all Prime Ministers after him preserved,protected,defended and honoured his fraud from 1976 till 2013.The current Prime Minister has no guts,balls or religious conscience to admit the wrongdoings of all the Prime Ministers before him including himself.Why he dared not set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate this high level fraud to destroy MAF 1963-2013 by using 404 cadets as their perpetual tools of deception,fraud and concealment really beggar my belief. My prayer for all the passengers and crew of MH 307.
