This is a cup that we left outside to catch rainwater for a plant. Within a couple of days we found a jelly like tube that was stuck to the side of the cup. The main part of the tube is about an inch in length and covered in little black dots in perfect cylindrical formation. The pictures arent great, I know, but its all my phone is up to. If you scroll in, you can see it. Any ideas on what it is would be great!
