This is a few years old now, but it is almost exactly what ive been saying for a long time. Dont watch news stories or click links about mass killings. It only makes the gunmen more famous, and gives more reason for hurt, lost, depressed and mentally disturbed people to do it. The media simply runs whatever story will get the most people to watch/read their stuff to make the most money possible. They profit from suffering while making a disturbed person famous, encouraging others to follow suit.
