This is a friendly question that All my English teachers before will react the way I wrote or write my messages here on Fb. Hehehe..peace po tayo mam.. I cant stop thinking about this... Its because Im not also particular in grammar as long as them Thought is there... Why we called Building while its already Built? Because it a present result of the past work...but what if? That Building is built 10yrs.ago... So its not a present result..it was a past result of the worked...ah maybe...its called Building because its still Exist...but if what if the building fell during the earthquake... How do we say this? There was a Building before in that place before the earthquake... The Key Word here is the Building... Where the Grammar by itself breaks... See... Still its about the Thought.. I will accept any comments about this... I can improve myself because Using the Correct Grammar in writing still the best one..
