This is a friendly reminder that Valet trash service means that we pick up your trash 5 nights a week at your doorstep! To help us collect your trash efficiently, please follow the below policies and remember to use your approved Valet Waste container so we can keep our breezeways looking great! How it works: • Place your TIED & BAGGED, trash into the provided container and set it outside your front door between the hours of 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed & Thursday nights. • Trash collection will start at 8:00 PM. • Please bring in your container by 9am the next morning. Note: A fee will be charged to your account for every trash bag that is out during non-designated times. We want to avoid trash out during business hours and keep the community looking clean. • No loose trash or bulk items will be collected. There is a 25lb. weight limit on all trash bags. • We are happy to collect multiple bags of trash. Stack the 2nd bag of trash on top of your container with the lid open so any leaks can be contained in the trash can and not on the concrete. • There will be no trash collection on major holidays or Friday and Saturday nights so you can enjoy these times without seeing trash in the breezeways. • Please take care of your container since it is now a fixture of your apartment home or fees will be charged upon move out. • These containers remain the property of the community if you move. Please maintain the cleanliness of the container. • If your container becomes broken or damaged, please notify the office. Note: If damage to container is from neglect or mis-use by resident, there will be a charge for your replacement container.
