This is a funny video and should be eye-opening to the folks that think e-collars are cruel. I know we get looks at the dog park when my dog has her E-collar or prong collar on. However, my dog is usually the only one that doesnt act like a total jack ass and shes barely 5 months old. Lumen goes off leash just about every time we take her out. Most(MOST, not all) dog owners I know dread taking their dogs out because the dog will either run away if they go off leash, or they will drag their owners; nearly pulling their arms off.
