This is a glimpse of the fun rehearsal with my cousin and accomplished pianist Evan Nunez. We were honored to provide the prelude and funeral service music for our great uncle in Wyoming the next day. The best part was our rendition of Red Wing after the service concluded. Many family members smiled and sang the words in his memory. Wish we had a recording of that moment! I love the way music can bring people closer, bring back memories and bring joy to difficult occasions. What an incredible experience to look around and see the packed room of those whos lives were touched by Uncle Sam - he loved on so many!!
