This is a good description of what to look for ladies! What shes describing is almost identical to what happened to me in September 2012. Except I did have physical pain earlier. I had laid down, and woke up with the pressure in back, sternum & throat. I thought I was just having severe muscle spasms in my back & chest. I went to get some juice, & as the jolts went up my face into my head & down my arm, I dropped the glass. I let myself to the floor as gently as possible & called out for help. I blacked out, and came to hours later.
