This is a good way to train your core to do #handstand variations like pressing up, ankle taps and slow pikes down. If want to try this ***place your feet under a blanket on old towel and get into plank position. ***On an exhale isometrically draw the wrists towards the feet as you drag the feet forward, navel rolls into the spine, hips go up high. ****Then inhale take it back out into plank again. ***If thats going well try the one legged version as you draw one knee up into the triceps. This can be challenging at first but the more you do it the stronger and easier it will get. #yogawithdrinie
