This is a great article. One of the first things I noticed when I was in Europe was the difference in portion sizes at restaurants. When you order a meal at a European restaurant, it is roughly 1/3 of the size of an American portion. Also, I like what they say about eating cold cuts for breakfast which is also very common in Europe but not really the norm here. If you are following a low-carb/high-protein/diabetic lifestyle, cold cuts are a must. Roll up a slice of chicken with a slice of cheese and viola....breakfast on the go. #thinkoutsidetheamericanbox
