This is a great example of using the wall to build #strength in #handstand . Place your hands further away from the wall than what may seem comfortable (about 2-3 feet depending on how long your legs are). Kick up into your handstand letting one foot come to the wall, each leg being at about a 45 degree angle. With strong, straight legs try to switch your legs. Try really hard to move both legs at the same time, rather than placing both feet on the wall and removing the opposite foot. Take breaks when needed and repeat if feeling strong.
