This is a great move for your core and chest. Lie flat on your back grab a set of weights (I am using 10 pound weights in this video), and begin lowering and lifting your legs while doing a chest fly. You want enough weight to offer resistance and a challenge, but not so much that it cause you to over strain and use poor form.
