This is a heads up to all my cancer survivor friends and friends going through the fight. Be on the look out for shingles we are more prone to it because of the fact that we went through chemotherapy and have weak immune systems. I was told yesterday I have shingles and trust we it does hurt and is very irritating. The first 72 hours are the best to catch it and keep it from spreading. The common treatment is antivirus medication taken 5 times a day.
