First fast food restaurant was opened in 1996 and today Berlin Burger has 20 years the valuable history of fast food restaurant. The Berlin Burger has an opportunity for International Fast Food Specialist in the Food Production Department of the Max Food LLC. The core function of this position will be to develop fast food new technologies, improve production processes, and assist with product development, scale-up and implementation. Goal of Fast Food Specialist To upgrade the Berlin Burger to an international standard in terms of food quality, fast food choice and customer servicing existing business to a high standard Objectives & Tasks • Create the fast food restaurants menu and adjust it depending on the seasonality or availability of food • Provide other chefs to create new, differentiating technology with a high level of ability to apply relevant professional knowledge to products/processes • Especially, fast food cooks start out by preparing foods like burgers, pizzas, fried foods following specific methods and will run a lean operation with an emphasis on sales and marketing. • Candidate must have a desire to be successful and ability to gain fast food business via new sales and customer servicing existing business to a high standard • Provide a resource to the Business that can be used to coordinate the building of new or the renovation of existing fast food facilities • Propose and execute projects utilizing technological renovations that may be applicable to Berlin Burger’s marketing strategy • Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
