This is a letter from one of my clients...love what I do. I am a 29 year old single young professional who needed a lifestyle change. I joined Gold’s Gym and Mike Greene was assigned to me as my personal fitness trainer. After meeting with Mike, I made a promise to myself to change my life around. Mike ensured me we can do this and has been a great motivator. My goals turned into our goals. I have been training with Mike for over 8 weeks now and have serious results to show. He listens, understands and is not afraid to let you know if you can push harder. Mike has been able to educate me on different exercises, pushed me to conquer my fears with weight training, as well as made me laugh and smile along the way. Mike will NOT waste your time during training sessions and goes above and beyond outside of training to keep in touch with you. Without fail, every day, I receive a text message asking me how I feel after a workout. If I ever have any questions about training or nutrition, I know Mike is the person to go to. Mike is consistently attentive and always focused on me, correcting my form and making sure I am pushing myself further each time. He is also very quick to praise you for working hard and sticking to your goals as well to let you know when you are not focusing on your goals Since I have been training with Mike, I have gained confidence in my physical abilities. I have gone from walking to running on a treadmill to lifting weights which I thought was not possible! One of the first things that I noticed about Mike was his attention to detail. He was able to help me set realistic goals for myself as well as carefully and thoroughly explain the how’s and why’s around each exercise. I have learned more about muscle groups and the human anatomy through conversation and training with Mike then from my school health classes. Mike’s overall professionalism is outstanding and drives me to focus during training as well as outside of training. Mike’s method and personality help to incent me to “invest” in my fitness through exercise and nutrition. Basically, anyone who is serious about improving their physical health can benefit by utilizing Mike’s knowledge and experience. The best decision I have recently made was training with Mike. I have not only reached goals with his training and expertise but I have made a lasting friend!
