This is a mind boggling REALITY , I know from experience!! In 1996 my son was forced by Pine Tree Elementary School in Longview Texas, to take ADD medicine (Ritalin) . It was making him sick at is stomach & causing him severe anxiety. I quit giving it to him & was trying a natural remedy, after a week the school found out I took him off Ritalin ,called me in for a meeting & told me that if I did not give hi the medicine he would not be allowed to come to school. I had his med. switched to something else ,but was forced to give him poison chemical medicine I knew was making him sick. The natural medicine was working but only had a week to be on it. Now they find out that Ritalin causes Schizophrenia. I wish I was the strong confident person I am now...back then...I would have told them off , started homeschooling my son like I am my Daughter now!!! GRRRRR
