This is a mud brick pise house named Loomvale built somewhere between 1880-1940 according the the Library of N.S.W. Most of my information is from locals Owned and built by the Doust family named the property Loomvale Mr Doust wifes maiden was Loomes. It is a 2 room shack with the larger room with floor boards the other room only dirt floor. It is said that Mr Doust was on the windmill when he had a heart attack that caused him to fall unsure if the fall or the heart attack is what killed him ( sad ) After Doing a Cemetery search I found 4 members of the Doust family here in Tullamore N.S.W Cemetery if you look at the photos you will see a newer room added sometime after I know this by seeing the photo in the library shows of a water tank where the room was added now It is uncertain what the added room was but it had collapsed with the main and the original building is still in pretty good condition I am still researching this house and will be contacting the library for the original photo taken by the Doust family here is the link for anybody that would like to see what this house was like back in its hay day in my first comment as it wont let me added both link and photos so link as soon as I post
