This is a must watch for each & every one of you. Like it or not with forgiveness there is a much bigger picture for all of us within our lives. And I for one will tell you that without forgiveness of yourself & all others with holding that huge mountain of weight on your back, it will always hold you back. I can promise you that if you really know all about me, with everything that Ive endured from a very violent abusive man that should have acted with the love of a father, instead of his fist. To 2 separate drunk drivers that changed my life forever, and all those that have hurt me over the years. That you will never achieve your dreams whether it be your career or health & fitness, that you cannot move forward until we forgive, let go & let be of our past!
