This is a new legal challenge against HS2 Ltd and the Sec of State for a Human Rights violations against all blighted owners for full compensation now not in 20 years’ time, no matter where you from the track, and if you are blighted, it’s as a direct result of the announcement and publication of this preferred route by HS2 Ltd, and compensation has to be immediate, and not tied to any exceptional hardship, If you want to move, whether to upsize, downsize, or just sell for the hell of it, it’s your democratic right to do that, and being a prisoner of HS2 for 20 years is unacceptable and actionable in law. We would ask that you open and read the contents of our explanatory CAHS2 website, from the below web link, and sign up which costs nothing, but given the numbers will give us the confidence to move onto stage 2 of the plan. There has been a press release today distributed to 200 newspapers and general media tonight, with a major launch from Melissa Kite into the Daily Mail on Thursday 27th, and hope that our work and expense to date creates the scenario where we can see serious numbers agreeing to join this action. This is a class action style only of legal challenge, but the prosecution will be run through the company under the British legal system with the support of tens of thousands of owners with blight.
