This is a new website where I will be placing videos to share, inform, and bring awareness to those who are NOT dealing with this form of abuse. The main focus will be sharing the heartbreak that many alienated family members are living through so that the general public will clearly see that these are not isolated incidences or a few disgruntled parents who lost custody. I know that personally, I am hesitant to say that mediators and judges ignore evidence, turn a blind eye to court order violations, and lie in court because its hard for most who have not dealt with our family court system to believe this could be happening. I am equally cautious, in pointing out that less sophisticated or ill-trained therapist and psychologist very frequently do more harm than good when dealing with personality disorders in custody cases. I shy away from using the term brainwashing, but that is a fitting definition of what is happening to alienated children around the world. My beautiful daughter has been brainwashed. Saying that it breaks my heart doesn’t even come close to defining how I feel about that. It’s crazy. I know it. My wife knows it as do so many around the world who are living this nightmare. However, so many more do not quite understand how brutal and deep this nightmare goes. There needs to be more speaking out by those experiencing this insidious form or emotional and psychological abuse. Overcoming this tragedy is going to take more than simply posting and commenting in closed awareness groups. It’s going to take more than liking and sharing each other’s posts in support groups. Our friends and family need to see this for the horrid abuse that it is. I feel that sharing our stories in these videos will serve to enlighten and enrage the public which in turn will force mental health field and our judicial system to take a closer look at the damage they are doing to families and specifically, to children. I know that when people see the vast number of children who are suffering from the interference of their loving relationship with their parents, grandparents, and siblings, then more people will be willing to support our cause and speak out. But right now many have only a superficial understanding of what Parental Alienation is. When we are able to fully relay the full scope of what our children are going through, then we will be that much closer to ending this abuse and needless suffering.
