This is a nice not the run of the mill slum lord type of property. It is all hard wood floors that has been refurbished with some original blemishes in it to give it that old house look. Ceiling fan in the dining room. Washer and dryer in the basement. Two bedrooms on the main level. One Bath on main level. Bathroom only has shower. There is no tub There are three rooms in the basement that I like to call any purpose rooms. There is a storage room in the basement as well. This is a nice home and I intend to keep it that way. I am looking for renters that take pride in where they lay their head at night. I do not accept late rent payments. It is my honor to provide you with nice housing but I must be compensated as well to make this a long term partnership. If it breaks because of wear and tear I fix it. If it breaks because you caused it to happen you fix it. This house is section 8 approved but the final approval is up to me. I enjoy being a landlord and I am a kind person just dont take that kindness for weakness. I have evicted and have no problems doing so again. P.S.
