This is a nice story about the Death With Dignity law in Oregon, - TopicsExpress

This is a nice story about the Death With Dignity law in Oregon, but to be honest, its so much more difficult than this. I went through this process with Kartz and handled the arrangements for her. Good luck finding a doctor to write the Rx. Good luck finding a compounding pharmacy to fill it. The law had made it VERY difficult. Its not a pill; its a powder thats mixed with liquid and can take up to 24 hours to be effective. And even more luck trying to decide when to take it. In the end, Kartz fell into a coma and died in Hospice, but a glioblastoma is not a nice thing. Do you take the meds the first time you forget your husbands name, or is it time when you dont remember being married at all? I feel for this girl, man, I do. No one should go through that.
