This is a no-brainer... If the GOP wins the Senate, they will pass legislation (that they believe is good for the country) that will very often be vetoed by President Obama... So, long story short, nothing will get done. That said, thats not really that much different than was is happening today... The Senate passes something and the President says that hes sign it if it came to his desk, but the House wont even put it up for a vote... Thisll be an interesting test... Will the next 2 years (or more) be like the past 4-6 years (where very little gets done and one side blames the other) or will this be more like when President Clinton worked to get stuff done that everyone agreed on??
