This is a pair of reproduction 18th century period correct eye glasses. Custom made by Dr. Ronald McDaniel of Shelbyville, IN. They are solid brass. The bows do not fold. A piece of tubular brass was added along the bottom of the bow near the back. My husband did this to make them rest easier on his ears. Bows are 6 1/2 long by 1/4 wide brass. They are 5 3/8 across the front. The lens part is 1 5/8 in diameter. 1 1/8 across the bridge of the nose. They have a heavy patina. There is a velvet drawstring bag case. Price: $45.00 shipped.
