This is a photo of my first attempt at using water based markers (zig brushables markers) I hope you like it not a card yet but soon will be. what is the easiest and cheapest way of cutting out shapes (ovals circles squares in various sizes without having to use a die cut machine and what is the best way of getting an effect around the edge of it (something like a punch maybe?) basically if you think of a paper doily how do you get the effect of the cut out but do it yourself (not with an actual doily i dont think they make any other than circular ones! I hope that makes sense!
