This is a plea for donations! As doctor Seuss taught many of us A person is a person no matter how small.As many of you know for the last four years I have been a volunteer with Saint Louis Homeless Winter Outreach, we are in need of blankets that you no longer have a need for in your own home, we have no gloves to hand out, and we always need hats and socks! These are the essential things needed to survive a night on the streets. Anything you can give would be appreciated! Winter came fast this year and many of my friends on the street were not adequately prepared. We are playing catch up with old man winter right now and could use anything extra you would be willing to give. Let me know if you need me to pick things up from you otherwise if you are able please bring all donations to Mokabes Coffeehouse (winter outreach headquarters) 3606 Arsenal.
