This is a post we just stumbled upon by a wonderful volunteer of ours who did the first leg of Torrs transport this morning. Please read it. It will help give everyone a clearer understanding of what it takes to save one of these dogs in need. It really does take a village! Its a lot of time, people and money to do it correctly. A seriously ill or severely injured animal cannot and should not be rushed out of a vet until they are physically ready to be released. We are very lucky to have all the supporters and volunteers that we have. Each and every one of you are appreciated and critical to our mission. So thank you Madeline & all the rest of you out there that answer our pleas for help on a daily basis. We could not continue to do this without you!!
