This is a powerful video, but I will share an experience... one evening at chick-fil-a with the family. An old lady was sitting across from us. She comes to our table and asks for food. I say sure and go and order a sandwich. While in line another patron comes by and gives her a sandwich. When I come back with her sandwich she says thats not what she wants, she would rather have a salad. I go back and exchange the sandwich for a salad. When I came back with the salad she asks me to give her the change since the salad is cheaper than the sandwich I paid for. The other lady who gave her the sandwich before me and was there with her grandchild and was appalled. I returned the salad and called it a day. The video is great, but thats just my story and it left a vivid memory.
