This is a prime example of the conspiring, judicial CRAP that takes place throughout America that continually plagues the poor and minorities. Lawmakers pretend to have such an abundant LACK of COMMON SENSE that they cant or perhaps should I say REFUSE to include a gray area to differentiate situations involving deadbeat dads to responsible fathers! Whats worse is that a judge with discretionary authority would rather uphold a shady law than to do the right thing! By going to jail he loses his current job which will place him in an even further predicament. But who actually cares? To them its just just another(inserting N word) in jail right?
