This is a problem on (using my fingers to count the number of levels): 1) If Moore and Rogen are not regular patrons of Branns, which they likely are not, this ban has absolutely no value. This is self-congratulatory propaganda which misuses our flag by reference. 2) Anyone who buys into this ban hasnt thought it through. 3) As Americans, we rely on freedom of speech as a functional utility available to every citizen. If Mr. Brann wishes to take adverse action against someone with whom he does not agree, he is far more un American than Michael Moores opinion of snipers or Rogans recall of a propaganda film used in a movie context. 4) Seth Rogan makes films. His recognition of clever use of picture-in-picture is unsurprising. Apparently his clarification was lost on Mr. Brann. 5) Mr. Brann himself said hed accept Mr. Moores party of 40, but would not serve Moore. Brann is more than willing to accept the business of those who associate with Mr. Moore on a personal or professional level, without knowing their personal opinions on a whole slew of societal issues. Yet, he would not serve Mr. Moore despite Michael Moore bringing him perhaps $2000 in business. This is illogical, irrational and rude. I am far more fearful of one Tommy Brann than 50 Michael Moores.
