This is a quick plan of what is going to happen in 42nd street on Sunday 25th May Itinerary for 42nd Street 1pm – Customers start arriving for the event. Some of us will go round selling raffle tickets whilst Gemma Taylor (and others) will sell the football cards in the foyer area of 42nd Street. (Gary Harding to provide the table) 2.30pm – Brief thank you for everyone who is here and has helped with the event etc. 2.35pm – Do half of the raffle prizes, football card and auction. 4pm – Food being served, bit of a break 4.45pm - Do the second half of the raffle prizes, football card and auction. 6pm – Jess Wilson singing 7pm – Dance off and then who knows what will happen after that!!! Just to let the know, the following items will be definitely AUCTIONED. Therefore, please let me know if you want to put any pre bids in for any of these? It will make the day go quicker if someone puts in a decent bid now rather than us waiting on the day.
