This is a re-edit I did of the 1712 flashback in the Highlander: - TopicsExpress

This is a re-edit I did of the 1712 flashback in the Highlander: Endgame film. Its a combination of the scene as edited in the Theatrical/Producers Cuts and the Rough Cut, with the addition of the date change from 1712 to 1747. As I explain in the description of this video, the reason for the date change, is simple: Originally, it was gonna be set there. At least, according to Adrian Paul, who at a convention in 1999, mentioned that there was to be a reference to Culloden in the film. Since this flashback makes mention of the British having destroyed the clans, it only makes sense that this was the placement he was thinking, since the British DID destroy the clans after the Culloden fight. 1712 the clans were merely disbanded, and Duncans tone indicates a more personal pain in his caring. This is Duncan whos not gonna go back to Scotland for another 250 years. But, like Connor says in the flashback, he will go back one day, and indeed he did. Anyway, I hope you will all enjoy this video.
