The reality is that there are those who have gone on before us, and the reality is that there are those who dont share our beliefs this time of year. Please...Please...Please...Be kind. I work in an ICU during Christmas. Believe me, those people and their families would prefer not to be there. There is always one worse off than you...so please be kind!! Whether you say Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays honestly does not matter to these people. They dont see holidays on their calenders...only days, or hours, or minutes left to spend with their loved ones....so can we please just comfort the grieving without judgment. If they want me to pray with them, I will...and if they want me to leave them alone, Ill respect that too.
